We know that compulsory pensions for staff are on the way.
You did not expect this, but the little business you fell into a few years ago has been successful, and you have a small team of guys and gals working along with you. Your Accountant told you that you should incorporate your business and become a Limited Company, for your protection and for your employees. What next?
You set up a small pension scheme on the advice of your accountant, but you know very little about it, and some of your staff did not join. You are now hearing that you should be using a Master Trust, but you know nothing about it. We know that compulsory pensions for staff are on the way. How do we prepare?
If you’re considering transferring your pension from one scheme to another, our expert advisors can provide you with the guidance you need. Pension transfers can be complex, and making the wrong decision can have significant financial implications.
We offer tailored pension transfer advice to ensure that your funds are moved efficiently and in line with your retirement goals.
Occupational pension schemes, commonly referred to as company pension plans or workplace pensions, are structured by employers to provide retirement benefits to their employees.
These benefits encompass pensions, a range of taxable payments, and tax-free lump sums, all of which adhere to the boundaries established by Revenue.
Some other pension contributions include:
At Clever Money, we are actively involved in providing the best financial planning Ireland and setting up Company Pensions for Small and medium-sized businesses (less than 500 workers) and have a range of offers from the best providers in the market.
You can avail the following benefits by partnering up with Clever Money:
As your Pension transfer specialist, we will provide Master Trust advice to your business – even if you have existing schemes so they can provide the best employee pension plans.
In addition, we can add extra benefits for key person business insurance via Directors and Key Personnel and Death in Service benefits such as Life Cover. We provide the largest pension so that people can secure their future finances.
We are Financial Advisers and Brokers. This means that we give advice in a wide range of Financial Fields. If you need help with Life Assurance or Financial Protection, Pensions, Investments or Savings Plans, we will provide you with qualified options from the best providers in the market. It is common in Ireland for Insurance Companies to give us an Introduction fee for arranging your plan with them. This will pay our fees, which means that, in most cases, we will not be required to charge you a Fee. If you need more thorough Financial Planning, such as Budgeting or Debt Management, we will discuss our fees prior to engaging with you, but we would prefer to do a no-obligation assessment before this would happen.
There are multiple ways to get in touch with us. Go to the About Us page if you would like to choose an Adviser that you think might be more suitable for you. You will find phone numbers or email addresses. Alternatively you can complete a form on this site and we will get in touch.
Both. When your requirement is simple, we can in most cases arrange your business online. During COVID, we found ways to improve this experience. While we find it important to get a good grasp of your financial circumstances before we can make a recommendation, this can sometimes be done via Zoom/Teams and email. Our long-term philosophy is to develop a lifelong relationship, guiding you through all financial hurdles in life, so we find regular face to face meetings help cement this relationship
Absolutely. Our aim is to be your long-term Financial Adviser, taking calls from you anytime you have questions. We have supported our clients from early adulthood, through having kids to preparing for retirement to arranging their wills to set up the next generation. When we set up your Policy or Pension or Investment, we arrange to take our payment from the Insurance or Investment Company on a Long-Term basis – this means we are paid by them to look after your needs for the full term of the policy.
In relation to Life Insurance, Illness Cover and Pension advice, we are completely Independent. We can advise you on all options in the Irish Market and can help you choose the most appropriate solutions to your needs. When it comes to Investments, we work on a “Best Advice” basis, which means that we will only recommend options that suit your needs and circumstances. In order to be completely Independent for Investment Advice (according to Central Bank of Ireland), we would be obliged to charge you a fee for our services. We are more comfortable taking our fees from the Investment companies with whom we arrange the business, and we believe that our impartiality is not compromised by this.
Talk it through with us first. Due to our vast experience with our clients, and the reputation that we have earned in this time, we frequently have clients referred to us by Accountants and Solicitors.
